Abstract: OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF COAST GUARD-INSPECTED COMMERCIAL VESSELS AND OF FOREIGN VESSELS EXAMINED BY THE COAST GUARD ARE AFFECTED. PAYMENT PROCEDURES WHICH CONTAIN INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS, NOTIFICATION LETTERS, AND PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTERS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE COLLECTION OF FEES. REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST EXEMPTIONS, WAIVERS, REFUNDS, OR PREPAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ALSO INCLUDED.
