In addition, in light of the integrated nature of this request with the request for approval of the Tier 3 component of this evaluation, which is currently under OMB review; and in light of the lack of sufficient time to review CNCS' detailed 4/3 memo prior to the end of the PRA review period on 4/4, approval is conditional on resolution of outstanding issues to ensure that the collection meets the PRA standards of practical utility and statistical validity. This resolution will occur as soon as possible, but no later than in the context of OMB action on the Tier 3 package.
