Abstract: Exotic Newcastle Disease and Chlamydiosis are world-wide diseases of birds that are foreign to the U.S. and the most severe threat to U.S. Poultry. 9 CFR 82 provides for the conditions under which this disease would be quarantined and how uninfected poultry in the quarantine can be moved interstate.
