Abstract: THE COUNTRY EXPOSURE REPORT AND COUNTRY EXPOSURE DISCLOSURE REQUIRE NATIONAL BANKS TO REPORT QUARTERLY THEIR EXPOSURE IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND TO DISCLOSE QUARTERLY MATERIAL EXPOSURES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES. THIS INFORMATION IS CRITICAL IN DETERMING AND MONITORING THE SOUNDNESS OF BANKS.
