Abstract: VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION (VR) FORM RSA-62 IS USED TO MONITOR THREE POST-CLOSURE ACTIVITIES: (A) THE PROVISION OF POST-EMPLOYMENT SERVICES TO HELP REHABILITATED PERSONS TO MAINTAIN OR REGAIN EMPLOYMENT, (B) REVIEW OF INELIGIBILITY DETERMINATIONS TO SEE IF AN APPLICANT CAN BENEFIT FROM VR, AND (C) REVIEW OF NON-COMPETITIVE PLACEMENTS TO SEE IF THE CLIENT CAN NOW WORK IN THE COMPETITIVE LABOR MARKET.
