Abstract: UNDER THE SCHOOL-TO-WORK OPPORTUNITIES ACT OF 1994, STATES MAY SUBMIT APPLICATIONS TO APPLY FOR FUNDS THROUGH SCHOOL-TO-WORK OPPORTUNITIES STATE IMPLEMENTATION GRANTS. STATES WILL BE INVITED TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS TO COMPETE TO RECEIVE FUNDS. THIS SUBMISSION IS TO CLEAR THE PAPERWORK BURDEN ASSOCIATED WITH THIS APPLICATION SUBMISSION.
