Terms of Clearance: Approved without change from the forms currently used. As ED has requested, approval is for the FY 1995 operations of the NSSP program. Approval for FY 1996, for which the Administration has requested no funding, is conditional on funds being provided by Congress. If no funds are provided, ED will remove these forms from the inventory as appropriate. OMB notes that ED amended the Institional Participation Agreement without obtaining proper PRA approval in 1994; this clearance brings that part of the NSSP program forms into compliance with the PRA. -- Approval through 7/96 is granted due to the potential elimination of this program in FY 1996, as noted above.
