Abstract: FERC-549(B) INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR A VIABLE CAPACITY RELEASE/OPEN ACCESS NATIONAL MARKET FOR THE TRANSPORTATION AND/OR STORAGE OF NATURAL GAS. THE ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARDS (EBB'S) ARE NEEDED FOR THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE CAPACITY RELEASE MECHANISM/MARKET AND THE METHODS SHIPPERS ACCESS SUCH AS CAPACITY DATA. (NOPR ISSUED 01/12/95 IN DOCKET NO. RM95-5-000 REGARDING RELEASE OF FIRM CAPACITY ON INTERSTATE NATURAL GAS PIPELINES.)
