Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved until December 1996. During the next year, many of the Subtitle D criteria for municipal solid waste landfil ls will come into effect. Since EPA expects many landfills to close at this point, the number of respondents could change signi ficantly. During this approval period, EPA should re-estimate th e number of respondents that will comply with the criteria and th at will be subject to the Part 258 recordkeeping and reporting re quirements.
