Abstract: THIS NPRM ADDS A REQUIREMENT FOR AIR CARRIERS TO DEVELOP AND ADD A PROGRAM OF CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TO THEIR TRAINING PROGRAMS. THESE PROGRAMS WILL THEN BE RESUBMITTED TO THE FAA DISTRICT OFFICE FOR APPROVAL.
