amended by CNCS' memoranda to OMB of 3/10/95 and 3/14/95. CNCS has
agreed to provide OMB with the complete universe data on community
partners, and how that data relates to the sample drawn from that
universe based on the sampling scheme agreed to in its 3/14/95
memorandum, prior to survey mail-out. Burden has been increased
slightly from CNCS' request to account for the revised sampling
scheme, which will increase the utility of the data.

EDUCATION PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS, AND THE COMMUNITY IMPACT SURVEY
MEETS THE LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT TO ASSESS EFFECTS OF LEARN AND
SERVE UPON SERVICE RECIPIENTS. RESPONDENTS ARE 350 LSAHE PROGRAM
DIRECTORS AND 900 COMMUNITY SERVICE AGENCIES WITH LSAHE
PARTICIPANTS.
