Abstract: INFORMATION WILL BE OBTAINED FROM AIDS EDUCATION AND TRAINING CENTERS TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS AND SPECIFIC PROJECT REQUIREMENTS.
