Abstract: THE NPS NEEDS ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT VISITORS IN ORDER TO PROPERLY PROTECT RESOURCES, PROVIDE NEEDED VISITOR SERVICES, IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND COMPLETE MANAGEMENT PLANS INCLUDING GENERAL MANAGEMENT PLANS, INTERPRETIVE PLANS, AND OPERATIONS EVALUATIONS. RESPONDENTS WILL INCLUDE A SAMPLE OF VISITORS TO THE ABOVE-MENTIONED NPS SITE.
