Abstract: THIS PROGRAM ASSISTS TRIBAL DIVISIONS OF EDUCATION IN COORDINATING SCHOOL REFORM PLANS DEVELOPED FOR SCHOOLS FUNDED BY THE BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS (BIA) AND THOSE PLANS DEVELOPED FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS. ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS INCLUDE TRIBAL DIVISIONS OF EDUCATION OF FEDERALLY-RECOGNIZED TRIBES WHOSE STUDENTS ATTEND BIA-FUNDED AND PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
