Abstract: Under 20 U.S.C. 6861, the RTC program is authorized to award grants to regional entities composed of State educational agencies, institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations for the purpose of conducting activites to help States, local educational agencies, teachers, school library and media personnel, administrators and other educational entitite successfully integrate advanced technologies into K-12 classrooms, library media centers, and other educational settings.
