Abstract: THE FINAL RULE ESTABLISHES MINIMUM WATER QUALITY CRITERIA, IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES, AND ANTIDEGRADATION POLICIES FOR THE GREAT LAKES SYSTEM PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 118(C)(2) OF THE CLEAN WATER ACT, WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON DECREASING LOADINGS OF BIOACCUMULATIVE CHEMICALS.
