Abstract: RESPONDENTS ARE OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF ROTOGRAVURE OR WIDE-WEB FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING OPERATIONS. RESPONDENTS MUST SUBMIT ONE-TIME REPORTS OF CONSTRUCTION, STARTUP, PHYSICAL OR OPERATIONAL CHANGES, AND RESULTS OF INITIAL PERFORMANCE TESTS. RECORDKEEPING OF PARAMETERS RELATED TO THE PERFORMANCE OF AIR POLLUTION CONTROLS IS REQUIRED. THE REPORTS AND RECORDS WILL BE USED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE NESHAP.
