Abstract: FIFRA permits EPA to authorize State and Federal agencies to temporarily ship and use unregistered pesticides under emergency situations. Information supplied by the applicant is reviewed to determine if an emergency situation exists and if the use of the pesticide will present an undue risk to humans and the environment.
