Abstract: ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS (HOPE VI PHAS) MUST SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO RECEIVE FUNDING TO PROVIDE JOB TRAINING AND ENSURE BONAFIDE APPRENTICESHIP EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE CONSTRUCTION TRADES THAT WILL LEAD TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY FOR PUBLIC HOUSING RESIDENTS. GRANTEES WILL SUBMIT TO HUD AN ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM.
