Abstract: COPS Coupons is a new payment method available to recipients of COPS grants. Agencies that elect to participate in COPS Coupons may receive payment under their grant in a predetermined installment amount by mailing in a COPS Coupon to U.S. Department of Justice on a monthly or quarterly basis.
