A FINAL CGP RULE WAS PUBLISHED IN THE
FEDERAL REGISTER (VOL. 59, NO. 167) ON TUESDAY, 08/30/94. THIS RULE
AMENDED THE CGP, WHICH WAS INITIALLY IMPLEMENTED IN FY 1992, BY
SIMPLIFYING AND EXPEDITING THE PLANNING AND FUNDING PROCESS FOR
HOUSING AUTHORITIES THAT OWN OR OPERATE 250 UNITS OR MORE. THE
REVISED FORMS CONFORM THE PAPERWORK TO THE CHANGES MADE IN THE CGP
RULE.
