Abstract: SECTION 76.614 REQUIRES THAT CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEMS OPERATING ON AERONAUTICAL FREQUENCIES, WHICH WERE REQUESTED OR GRANTED FOR USE AFTER NOVEMBER 30, 1994, PROVIDE FOR A PROGRAM OF REGULAR MONITORING FOR SIGNAL LEAKAGE AND MAINTAIN A LOG SHOWING THE DATE AND LOCATION OF EACH LEAKAGE SOURCE IDENTIFIED, THE DATE ON WHICH THE LEAKAGE WAS REPAIRED, AND THE PROBABLE CAUSE OF THE LEAK.
