Terms of Clearance: The FCC 574 reflects the use of the new FCC 600 for most wireless services. The FCC 574 has been revised for use for General MRS and IVDS services. FCC has done a good job in forms design. Use of example forms is very useful. FCC should consider deleting requirement for renewal applications to complete entire form if existing information (previously filed using a FCC 574) has not changed.
