Abstract: The Food Agriculture Conservation and Trade Act of 1990 includes a definition of a United States Agricultural Commodity (7 U.S.C. 5602). The Office of Inspector General is using a questionnaire to gather information on the implementation of the origin requirements related to the Export Enhancement and Export Credit Guarantee programs.
