Abstract: UNDER THE DAIRY EXPORT INCENTIVE PROGRAM, AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES OWNED BY CCC ARE MADE AVAILABLE AS A BONUS TO U.S. EXPORTERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXPANDING EXPORT SALES OF U.S. DAIRY PRODUCTS IN TARGETED MARKETS. THE OBJECTIVES ARE TO INCREASE U.S. DAIRY PRODUCT EXPORTS AND TO ENCOURAGE TRADING PARTNERS TO BEGIN SERIOUS NEGOTIATIONS ON AGRICULTURAL TRADE PROBLEMS.
