Abstract: Consolidated Farm Service Agency (former FCIC) is proposing for implementation a Noninsured Assistance Program (NAP) for producers of crops for which there is currently no insurance available. Noninsured Assistance Program coverage will approximate the protection previously provided by ad-hoc disaster assistance programs.
