Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved as amended by FCS's revisions of 8/11/95 and under the following conditions: (1) FCS will revise the FNS-252 to consolidate the supplement (FNS-252A) and to conform to changes in the final regulations at the time the final regulations are published; (2) FCS will create a new form based on the FNS 252-2 for use by restaurants; (3) FCS will add the OMB number and the burden disclosure statement to the FNS 252-2 at the time of the next printing or when the form is next revised, whichever is earlier.
