Plan administrators of single-employer
plans with fewer than 500 participants would have the option of
using form 10-SP when notifying PBGC of "reportable events" (events
that may be indicative of a need to terminate a plan). PBGC
believes the availability of this form would facilitate compliance
with regulatory requirements.
