Approved as
amended by memoranda from the Commission through DOL to OMB of
5/9/95, 5/16/95, 5/23/95, and 5/26/95. The Commission shall strive
to achieve a response rate of at least 80 percent for the employer
survey, and will achieve the highest possible rate. The Commission
shall conduct appropriate non-response follow-up and adjustments,
and shall make any adjustments or caveats for non-response explicit
in its published reports and analyses. -- In addition, the embedded
survey of employees is a non-random survey of leave taking
employees reported by their employers. These data will not be
generalized to represent the population of leave takers. -- The
Commission will forward review copies of its analysis plan and
subject areas to be included in the case study component, as well
as information on how this component will be integrated into the
full evaluation. -- The Commission will provide OMB with advance
copies of the section 108 studies as soon as these studies are
received by the Commission. -- Qs. 30-32 of the Employer Survey
will be represented as responses to hypothetical questions, and
treated as such in the analysis.
