Approved as amended by memoranda from the Commission through DOL to OMB of 5/9/95, 5/16/95, 5/23/95, and 5/26/95. The Commission shall strive to acheive a response rate of at least 80 percent on the employee survey, and the highest possible response rate shall be achieved. The Commission shall conduct appropriate follow-up and adjustments for non-response, and shall make such efforts explicit in any published reports or analyses. -- See OMB #1225-0062 for additional conditions and correspondence (action dated 5/26/95).
