Terms of Clearance: This ICR associated with the proposed criteria for classification of solid waste disposal facilities is not approved. In the propo sed rule, EPA requested comment on options relating to the specif icity of Federal minimum standards for these facilities. Respond ents could have different data collection and reporting burdens u nder these alternatives. However, this ICR did not calculate the different burdens of these alternatives. Since EPA has not demo nstrated that the proposed option is the least burdensome approac h (see 5 CFR 1320.4(b)(1)), this ICR is not approved.
