Abstract: The Procurement Integrity certification requires offerors for a contract modification or extension in excess of $100,000 to certify that neither the firm nor its officers, employees, agents, or consultants, during the conduct of a Federal agency procurement, offered future employment opportunities or a gratuity to a Government procurement official or solicited proprietory or source selection information from any official of that agency.
