Abstract: This clause is intended to develop business opportunities for women-owned businesses by requiring contractors to provide information on opportunitites to women-owned businesses, and by requiring contractors to include subcontracting goals for women-owned businesses in their subcontracting plans, required for contracts exceeding $500,000.
