Terms of Clearance: This information collection, per the revised instrument attached and as agreed upon by the agency, is approved for use through 6/96 under the following terms of clearance: 1. The agency shall give customers to option to log on to the server anonymously. 2. Upon resubmission, the agency shall report to OMB on the capability of the Internet server to provide electronic distri- bution of materials through a listserv. In addition, the agency shall report on its efforts to identify duplication in its distribution of materials, whether by hard copy or electronic- ally, and its efforts to reduce this duplication.
