Abstract: Approval is requested for three data collections: Health professionals applying for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program (LRP) and the holders of their loans provide information needed to determine eligibility. NHSC/LRP participants provide information annually on training status. States applying to the NHSC State LRP provide information needed to determine eligibility.
