The purpose of the data collection is
to determine how and to what extent Community Prevention Coalitions
Demonstration grant projects, supported by the Center for Substance
Abuse Prevention, are effective in reducing the incidence and
prevalence of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse problems. Two
surveys, of 10th graders and adults, will be used.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
