Abstract: When an NBS product or service is delivered to a client, the client will be invited to rate the product in terms of the degree to which he/she is satisfied with the product. The client is asked to rate the timeliness, ease of use, and how well the product met his/her requirements and to offer suggestions for improving the product. A standard client response sheet will be used and the results summarized and used to improve NBS products.
