Abstract: The OCC needs to monitor, evaluate, and examine certain foreign activities of national banks. These forms are an information collection tool. The information is used to update our data base, which enables us to monitor the overseas activities. It also triggers an evaluation of the activity for prudential and legal purposes. Affects national bank with overseas operations.
