Abstract: FE-329R Final Rule (1) incorporates Pub. L. 100-42 FUA amendments into regulations, (2) revises and updates cost test fuel price and inflation indices, (3) clarifies how to calculate fuel price when using natural gas, and (4) revises and updates oil/gas savings estimates for cogenerators.
