Abstract: Comprehensive financial and operating report needed by the Commission to carry out its regulatory responsibilities under the ICA or Interstate Commerce Act and Section 20 as it relates to oil pipeline companies. To be used to establish rates, in rate proceedings, in formal investigations, financial audits and continuous review of the financial conditions of the regulated oil pipelines.
