Abstract: Affected public: pilots, airport operators, charter & commuter aircraft operators enagaing in air transportation. SIR's are used by airmen to notify the FAA of hazards to flight operations. APC Activity Reports are used by counselors to advise the FAA of hazards to flight operations. APC Activity Reports are used by counsels to advise the FAA of Accident Prevention Program accomplishments.
