Abstract: DFARS Part 239 prescribes policies and procedures for exchange or sale of Federal information processing services, security and privacy for computer systems, acquisiting of automatic data processing equipment by DoD contractors, and acquisiting of telecommunications services and maintenance of telecommunications security. Respondents are government contractors providing information necessary to obtain a benefit and for the Government to administrer contracts.
