Abstract: Revised regulations require the transferror of a facility or the owner of a facility, the use of which has changed, to provide written notice of the sale, transfer, or change within 30 days; awardees to maintain and provide daily construction logs; awardees to provide a copy of the construction schedule; and applicants to provide cost data for projects involving the acquisition of existing facilities.
