Terms of Clearance: In question # 8 the term "EIC" should be spelled out the first time it is used, even though it will be familiar to most of the persons interviewed. Future iterations of this survey, if any, should be submitted as individual projects under this number for an "expedited" review. A minimum of two weeks should be allowed for the review. Finally, a final report, including an accounting of response rates, should be submitted upon completion of this collection, and future collections under this OMB control number.
