Abstract: NASA forms 533M and 533Q are the medium for contractor reporting of planned and incurred costs, providing essential data for projecting costs and hours to ensure dollar and labor resource realistically support schedules, evaluating contractors' actual costs in relation to negotiated contract values, planning, monitoring, and controlling project and program resources and accuring cost in the accounting system, resulting in liabilities reflected on the audited financial statements.
