OMB review will include a more reasoned, detailed explanation of
the change in burden due to revisions in the submission. The
submission's Supporting Statement and attached forms indicate that
the revisions include a new Form 26-6705d which would impose an
annual program burden increase. Until VA resubmits these Forms for
OMB review or submits an appropriate correction worksheet, OMB
records the change in burden of 15,542 hours as a program increase
rather than an adjustment.

purchase and contract of sale for the offerors submitting purchase
offers to VA on properties acquired through operation of the
guaranteed and direct loan programs. VA Form 26-6705C is used as an
addendum to VA Form 26-6705 to simplify the selection process among
competing offers and ensure that the offer selected provides the
greatest value to VA. VA Form 26-6705B is used to collect credit
and income information necessary to determine whether an applicant
qualifies to purchase a VA-owned property. VA Form 26-6705D is an
