Terms of Clearance: FCC shall ensure that OMB's address is not included on any documents that form FCC-159 or FCC-159C packages. FCC should also consider creation of a service telephone number to assist respondents complete this form and calculate their regulatory fees. The FCC would also improve its image among non-business filers (such as for marine or aviation radio licenses) if they were to prepare a summary of why regulatory fees (over and above license fees) are required and how they are calculated and implemented. This summary should be made available to all those seeking to renew their licenses.
