Terms of Clearance: OMB approves the package with the following explanation of the re-calculation for the number of respondents and burden hours. The number of respondents reflect the number of disclosures by investigators and institutions. The burden hours reflect reporting, recordkeeping, and disclosures. Also, burden hours can be broken down to program changes and adjustments. For program changes, the hours associated with reporting conflicts of interest to NSF and disclosing institutional conflicts were added. For adjustments, the difference in hours for NSF's original and current submissions for recordkeeping and disclosure by investigators were added.
