Abstract: Respondents are an international user community in the public domain who desire to receive and use satellite- derived products from GOES, TIROS, GMS, and METEOSAT satellites. NOASS requires a minimal amount of information from respondents in order to determine their station location, receiving status, and the satellites to be received.
