Abstract: This information will help determine the impact of additional Air Force Reserve duty caused by force drawdown, training requirements, and force structure changes on civilian employers. The results will be used to model Air Force Reserve employer support programs and help determine active duty support. Respondents will be first-line supervisors and senior executives of civilian companies which employ Reservists.
